The Fiber Optic Expansion (FOX) system is an innovative bus extension that greatly expands the number of standard SmartStack I/O that can be used with the Operator Control Station (OCS). Great for environments with excessive electrical noise. The Fiber Optic Expansion (FOX) system provides expanded SmartStack I/O support OCS. It is also the primary means for QVGA and SVGA Color-Touch OCS to support SmartStack. All QVGA and SVGA Color-Touch OCS models include a 2m fiber cable pair to support a single base. All other fiber cables must be purchased separately. Fiber optic bases DO NOT include fiber optic cables.
